Lagami was founded in 2013 by Lana Prosenica, a literature professor by education. She already had experience with her first brand, LanaLana, which she launched during her student years and dedicated to knitwear.
Lagami was born from her desire to create clothing for women who want to feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident in what they wear.
We find inspiration in real women and the way they live their everyday lives. That is why Lagami pieces are designed to be wearable, versatile, and easy to style — always with a distinctive design signature.
The name LaGaMi was created by combining Lana’s name with those of her daughters, Gala and Mia.
