How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our online store — simply select the item you’d like, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can also place an order through our official Instagram and Facebook profiles.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery (Serbia only) — payment in cash to the courier upon delivery, in addition to the cost of the item and shipping.
Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Dina, and American Express.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. For orders delivered outside Serbia, Serbian VAT (20%) is deducted from the product price at checkout. Please note that the recipient may be required to pay import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Is personal pickup available?
Personal pickup is available from our store. When placing an order through our online store, select the “Store Pickup” option at checkout. No shipping fee will be charged for orders collected in person.
What is your return policy?
Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. The original receipt must be included with the return.
The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
For orders paid by card, the refund will be issued directly to the card/account used for payment. For orders paid by cash on delivery (Serbia only), please include your bank account number so that we can process the refund.
