WITHDRAWAL FROM PURCHASE
Dear Customers,
In order to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience, we would like to inform you that, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, Nos. 62/2014, 6/2016 – other law and 44/2018 – other law), purchases made through our online store at www.lagami.com are considered distance sales. Under this law, you have the right to return the goods, i.e. to withdraw from the purchase, within 14 days from the date on which the ordered item was delivered to you.
In the case of distance sales, the law establishes the right of a buyer who qualifies as a consumer (a natural person who purchases a product to satisfy their individual needs and not for the purpose of carrying out a professional activity) to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date on which the product was delivered to them. When withdrawing from the contract, the buyer may, but is not required to, state the reasons for withdrawal.
If the buyer is a legal entity, the above-mentioned law and this right do not apply. Instead, the Law on Obligations applies (“Official Gazette of the SFRY”, Nos. 29/78, 39/85, 45/89 – decision of the Federal Constitutional Court and 57/89; “Official Gazette of the FRY”, No. 31/93; “Official Gazette of Serbia and Montenegro”, No. 1/2003 – Constitutional Charter; and “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”, No. 18/2020).
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or to exchange the product for another product. The purchase price will be refunded after the returned product has been received and after it has been established that the product is undamaged and in proper condition.
The buyer is obliged to return the product without delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal form was sent. After the expiry of the 14-day period from the date on which the withdrawal was submitted, the product can no longer be returned.
When returning the goods, the product must be returned in proper and unused condition, together with the invoice/delivery note previously received by the buyer with the order.
Upon receipt of the product, it will be inspected to determine whether it is in proper and undamaged condition. The buyer is responsible for any defect or damage to the product resulting from improper handling. The buyer is exclusively responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.
If it is determined that the product has become defective or damaged due to the buyer’s fault, the refund of the purchase price will be refused and the product will be returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.
The seller is obliged to refund to the consumer, without delay, the amount paid under the contract, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement, and after receipt of the returned product.
The costs of returning the goods and the refund are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer has received a defective or incorrectly delivered item.
The information provided by the consumer in the withdrawal form for a distance contract is used exclusively for the purpose of recording changes in the movement of goods and will not be used by the seller for any other purpose.

The item being returned must be sent exclusively via the D Express courier service. You can contact the courier service at 011/3313333, on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00, and arrange for the shipment to be collected.
