PAYMENT METHODS
For orders placed through our online store, we offer the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery
- Credit and debit cards
Cash on delivery means that the amount of the ordered goods, together with the applicable delivery fee, is paid in cash directly to the courier upon delivery.
Payment by credit and debit cards is available with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Dina and American Express cards that support online payments.
Store Pickup is also available. When placing an order through our online store, select the Store Pickup option at checkout. No shipping fee will be charged for orders collected in person.
HOW TO ORDER
There are two ways to place an order:

ORDERING THROUGH OUR WEBSITE
The easiest and fastest way to order our products is through our online store. Simply select the item you wish to purchase, choose the appropriate size and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout instructions to complete your order.
ORDERING THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA
Our products can also be ordered through our official LAGAMI_STUDIO profiles on Instagram and Facebook.
DELIVERY
We ship orders to destinations worldwide, subject to the availability of the selected delivery service.
DELIVERY IN SERBIA
Orders within Serbia are delivered in cooperation with the D Express courier service.
The delivery fee within Serbia is 400 RSD, including VAT, regardless of the weight of the package or the number of items ordered. The delivery fee is not included in the product price and is added separately at checkout.
After receiving your order and checking the availability and condition of the items, we prepare and package your order and hand it over to the courier service.
Orders placed by 15:00 on working days are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 are shipped on the next working day. Orders placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday.
Delivery within Serbia generally takes 1–2 working days, depending on the courier service and delivery location. Deliveries are made on working days, generally between 08:00 and 16:00.
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil or deliver your order, we will contact you by phone. It is therefore important to provide an accurate mobile phone number and email address when placing your order.
If any changes occur during delivery, such as a change of address, telephone number or preferred delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can inform the courier service.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
LAGAMI ships orders outside Serbia via international postal service of the Post of Serbia, depending on the destination and available delivery option.
The applicable international shipping fee is calculated according to the destination and displayed at checkout.
For orders delivered outside Serbia, Serbian VAT (20%) is deducted from the product price at checkout.
Please note that the recipient may be required to pay import duties, customs fees, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges vary depending on the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated. International delivery generally takes approximately 5–15 working days, depending on the destination, selected shipping service and customs procedures.
Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier or postal service, the delivery service assumes responsibility for the shipment during transport. LAGAMI is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service or customs procedures, or for damage occurring during transport.
We recommend that customers check the applicable customs and import regulations in their country before placing an international order.
STORE PICKUP
Personal pickup is available from our store.
When placing an order through our online store, select Store Pickup at checkout. No shipping fee will be charged for orders collected in person.
